1.
Acceptance. Your
completion of the ForeignRX™ membership registration process and
submission of your application is your agreement to the following terms
and conditions.

No liability is assumed
by the authors for any information contained herein. This text does not
contain medical advice nor legal advice. Specific medical advice should be
obtained from a licensed health practitioner. You must be 21 years of
age or older and not considered a minor in your country or state.
Products Purchased through Websites listed on our pages are for personal
use and not for resale. The authors do not advocate, promote or
encourage the illegal use of drugs. The information contained in this
publication is not intended to induce or persuade anyone to use or possess
any drugs illegally. Any references made directly about obtaining
prescription medications are for information purposes only. Anyone having
questions regarding legal issues should consult any one of the agencies
overseeing and governing the importation of foreign pharmaceuticals.

All Sales are Final.
We have a NO REFUND POLICY. Once you submit your order for
Membership, it is non-refundable. Only in cases of fraud will the payment
be refunded. We have had to adopt this policy because too many people
would join, gather all our information and make a claim for Refund.
4.
All memberships are
automatically renewed at the end of their term.
I agree that Purpose of trial memberships is to allow non members to
see content before purchasing. I understand that Trial Memberships
automatically convert to a normal membership at the end of the trial
period by default.
A Member joins
on the 26th of the month for one month; his/her membership will automatically be renewed
the 26th of the following month (renewal period). It is
each Member's responsibility to cancel prior to the renewal date if the
membership is to be terminated. I agree and understand that this is an
Automatic renewing Membership and must give notice in
advance of the renewal date. This is to ensure we
receive your request to cancel renewal.
5.
The listings may not be
suitable for all potential users of the Service. We are not doctors or in
the medical profession in any way. We recommend that you consult a local
doctor in person for medical evaluations. We do not advocate, promote, or
encourage the use of any drugs mentioned on this site. The information
that is provided does not contain medical advice. Medical advice should
only be obtained from a licensed physician. We do not advocate the use or
the possession of any illegal drug. This membership is sold for
educational and informational purposes only. If you are found to be a
"recreational user" or a "drug dealer", your membership will be
immediately revoked with no refund. You assume the entire cost and risk of
choosing to use a listed source. All information provided by the Service
is obtained from sources believed to be accurate and reliable.
Additionally, our rankings and evaluations are provided as a guideline,
but should not be taken as absolute or 100% accurate. Due to the number of
sources from which information on the Service is obtained, and the
inherent hazards of electronic distribution, there may be delays,
omissions, or inaccuracies in such information. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.

Modification. The terms
and conditions may be modified by ForeignRX™ at any time in its sole
discretion.

Registration
Information; Disclosure. ForeignRX™ will not disclose any individual
member's name, address, e-mail address or telephone number to any third
party, except as may be required by applicable laws or legal proceeding.
ForeignRX™ may disclose certain traffic-related information of its total
membership to third parties.
8.
Disclaimers.
ForeignRX.Com is provided to members on an "as-is" and "as-available"
basis. ForeignRX™ expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express
or implied including, without limitation, any warranty of fitness for a
particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Each member uses
ForeignRX.Com at member's own risk. Each member agrees that any material
or data downloaded or obtained through the use of ForeignRX.Com is at
member's own risk and that member will be solely responsible for any
damage to member's computer system or loss of data that results from the
download of such material and/or data. ForeignRX™ does not make any
warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through
ForeignRX™ or any transactions entered into through ForeignRX.Com.
9.
Limitation of Liability.
ForeignRX™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability
to use ForeignRX.Com or messages received or transactions entered into
through ForeignRX.Com or resulting from unauthorized access to or
alteration of member's transmissions or data.
10.
Promotional Messages.
ForeignRX™ may, from time to time, send e-mail messages to members
containing advertisements or promotions. ForeignRX™ does not make any
representation or warranty with respect to the content of any such e-mail
messages or any goods or services which may be obtained from such third
parties.
11.
Indemnification. Each
member agrees to indemnify and hold ForeignRX™ and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers and employees harmless from all claims or demands,
including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or
arising out of member's use of ForeignRX™, the violation of the terms and
conditions, or the infringement by member, of any intellectual property or
other right of any person or entity.
12.
Feedback and comments.
ForeignRX.Com enables visitors to its site to post feedback, comments,
and other content to the site. Your log-in name will be posted with your
feedback, comments or other content and will allow other registered
members to contact you by email. If you post feedback, comments, or other
content on the site, you grant ForeignRX.Com and its affiliates a
non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub
licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
create derivative works from, distribute, and display such feedback,
comments, or other content throughout the world in any media. You also
grant ForeignRX.Com and its affiliates and sublicenses the right to use
the name that you submit with any feedback, comment, or other content, if
any, in connection with such feedback, comment, or other content. You
represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights
to the feedback, comments and other content that you post on this site and
that use of your feedback, comments, or other content by ForeignRX.Com
and its affiliates will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any
third party. ForeignRX.Com does not and cannot review all communications
and materials posted or uploaded to ForeignRX.Com and are not responsible
for the content of these communications and materials. However,
